Noemi Ramirez |
NOEMI
RAMIREZ has provided effective professional counsel to
her clients for over a decade.
She is a certified specialist in immigration and
nationality law, and practices in the sub-specialties of
deportation defense, family-based immigration,
professional visas, employment-based immigration,
naturalization, NACARA (Nicaraguan & Central American
Relief Act), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and
Asylum. She is presently an immigration counsel for the
Mexican consulate in Los Angeles.
Noemi received her Juris Doctor from Western State
University in Fullerton, California, and received her
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
California, San Diego.
She is an active member of the Southern California legal
community, and a leader of several legal organizations.
Noemi is leader of the American Immigration Lawyer’s
Association (AILA) where she currently serves as the
Vice Chair of the Southern California Chapter. Noemi is
also a member of the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA), and serves on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles
County Bar Association (LACBA). Noemi has been a guest
speaker for various community- based organization and
churches.
She also hosts a weekly radio show on issues related to
immigration law.
Noemi speaks English and Spanish. She is admitted to
practice law in California, and the United States Court
of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. |

Carlos
Ramirez |
CARLOS
RAMIREZ practices immigration law in the sub-specialties
of family-based immigration, naturalization, deportation
defense, NACARA (Nicaraguan and Central American Relief
Act), Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Asylum.
Carlos also has extensive appellate immigration work
experience to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the
United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Carlos
attended Western State University, and received his
Juris Doctor degree from the American College of Law.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology
from the University of California, San Diego.
He is
an active member of several legal organizations. He is
currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s
Association (AILA), the Mexican American Bar Association
(MABA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
