Jessica is admitted to practice law in California.  

 

Jessica represents clients in removal proceedings, family-based immigration, and Asylum cases.

 

Prior to joining the Law Office of Noemi Ramirez, Jessica was an attorney advisor with the United States Department of Justice, at the Los Angeles Immigration Court for three years.  

As attorney advisor, Jessica conducted legal research, advised Immigration Judges on a variety of immigration matters, including pending cases, and drafted proposed orders.  She also trained new attorneys and legal interns.

 

Jessica Vasquez received her Bachelors in Law and Society and Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School.

 

While at Southwestern Law School, Jessica represented U non-immigrant visa applicants through the law school’s Immigration Clinic.   J

 

Jessica also interned at the Los Angeles Immigration Court as part of the United States Department of Justice’s Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP).  

 

Jessica speaks English and Spanish.
