Carlos practices immigration law in the sub-specialties of family-based immigration, naturalization, deportation defense, NACARA (Nicaraguan and Central American Relief Act), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Deferred Action (DACA) and Asylum. Carlos also has extensive appellate immigration work experience with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Jessica is admitted to practice law in California. She represents clients in removal proceedings, family-based immigration, and Asylum cases. Prior to joining the Law Office of Noemi Ramirez, Jessica was an attorney advisor with the United States Department of Justice, at the Los Angeles Immigration Court for three years.
