Carlos practices immigration law in the sub-specialties of family-based immigration, naturalization, deportation defense, NACARA (Nicaraguan and Central American Relief Act), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Deferred Action (DACA) and Asylum. Carlos also has extensive appellate immigration work experience with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Lesly represents clients in family-based immigration, fiancé/e visas, Special Immigration
Juvenile Status (SIJS), Naturalization and Asylum cases. Born in Guatemala, Lesly
is also an immigrant. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Her personal experience and that
of her family have nurtured a desire to help other immigrants and allow her to understand
what many of her clients experience.
